Dill Certified Organic Oil

Dill is an annual herb that belongs to the Apiaceae family and is the only species in the Anethum genus. It is grown on a large scale in Eurasia. The dill plant grows up to 16 to 24 inches and has hollow slender stems. It bears delicate leaves and flowers that are yellow and white in color. Dill is very effective in treating indigestion and it is also used as a flavoring agent. The Dill Oil or Sowa Oil is derived by steam distilling the entire dill plant. The color of the oil is light yellow to yellow in color and it diffuses a fresh herbaceous fragrance. Myristicin, phellandrene, carvone, eugenol, limonene, and d-carvone are some of the important chemical compounds present in the oil.
