Paprika oleoresin (also known as a paprika extract or oleoresin paprika) is an oil-soluble extract derived from the fruits of Capsicum annuum or Capsicum frutescens that are largely used as a food colorant and flavoring. It's made up of vegetable oil (usually between 97 and 98 percent), capsaicin (the main flavoring element that gives it pungency at greater doses), and capsanthin and capsorubin (the main coloring compounds) (among other carotenoids). It's a lot milder than capsicum oleoresin and usually doesn't have any capsaicin.

Paprika oleoresin, a natural extract derived from dried red peppers, is widely used as a colorant and flavoring agent in the food industry. The price of paprika oleoresin can fluctuate based on several factors, including the quality and origin of the raw peppers, the extraction process, and global market demand. Additionally, weather conditions, crop yields, and geopolitical factors affect major producing countries.  If you are interested in knowing the paprika oleoresin price, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
