Coffee is a drink which is prepared from the roasted beans of coffee. Coffee plants are now cultivated in more than 70 countries. Coffee is dark in color, bitter in taste, slightly acidic and has a stimulating effect on humans because of its high caffeine content. A coffee bean is a seed of a coffee plant. Just like cherries, coffee fruit is also a so-called stone fruit. Coffee beans are originally seeds but still, they are referred to as beans, because of their resemblance to the actual beans. The average coffee tee is 5-10m in height. As the coffee tree gets old, it branches less and less but it produces more fruits and leaves. Heavy rain is needed in the starting of the crop but a little less rain is needed when the fruit ripens. After the fruit is ripped, it is handpicked using several techniques.

After the coffee fruit is hand-picked and sorted out some are also kept for making oil. After this process, oil is extracted out from coffee beans and we get coffee beans oil.
