Uses

• Eucalyptus oil is often added to scent soaps or perfumes. This oil is mainly used in combination with other ingredients to make a variety of products, such as lotions, creams, tea, tinctures, and lozenges. It is also used to make mouthwash, antiseptics and toothpaste. It is also used in products that are applied to the skin to treat wounds, burns and ulcers. The use of eucalyptus oil or eucalyptol in the management of headache and arthritis requires more scientific research.
• Eucalyptus has also been used as an insecticide in many repellent sprays. This oil can be found in many cough and cold products to help with the treatment of stuffy nose and cough. It also has antibacterial property
