The source of the oil is its dried roots that are washed and chopped then it undergoes the method of steam distillation to obtain the oil. It has a vicious clear to pale yellow liquid that has sweet and earthy like aroma. The oil when diluted with Jojob Oil comprises of components that are Vertivone, Furfurol, Vetiverol, Vetivene, Linoleic, Stearic, Arachidic and Kushimol.
